HOW WILL PAYMENTS WORK?
As part of our quote there will be a dedicated section which will summarise our proposed payment schedule. This will include a deposit to be paid before the proposed start date with subsequent stage payments following once each stage has been completed. The number of stage payments and amounts payable will depend on the complexity of the project undertaken and will be bespoke to your project.
HOW IS HAWKINS BUILDERS DIFFERENT FROM ITS COMPETITORS?
At Hawkins Builders everything we do is underpinned by our core values (Excellence, Integrity and Collaboration). We aim to set ourselves above our competitors by holding ourselves to account with these values.
WHAT ARE OUR WORKING HOURS?
Our core working hours are in accordance with the local council's expectations. This means that we work on site from 8:30 to 4:30 Monday to Friday. We do not aim to work on a Saturday or Sunday but will endeavor where possible to respond to enquires as and when they arrive.
ARE YOU INSURED?
Yes we are fully insured.
ARE YOU VAT REGISTERED?
Yes we are VAT registered. Furthermore, we do not engage with any stakeholder who want to work with 'cash in hand'.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GENERATE A QUOTE BACK?
We aim to generate our quotes within 1 weeks from our initial meeting. This can take more or less time depending on the complexity of the project.
